Just wanted to introduce a new affiliate program I just released today. It is up at http://picclick.com/affiliate/ Better than BANS or phpBay because: - Free, 100% commission, infinite cookie - No install, just create an affiliate link to any category or search query - Can direct link with Adwords, high quality score - Higher CTR due to visual browsing interface - Not banned by Google due to "Visual Shopping" value add (Google recently started de-indexing BANS sites) I just released this and I am kind of new to having my own affiliate program. I would appreciate any feedback or suggestions. Thank you! Ryan
Can you explain how this works for ePN? Are you taking the ACRUs? If not, how are you making money from ePN users? Nice site btw
You just get full commissions. All links use your own campid. You take the ACRUs too. And infinite cookie, so if that user ever comes back to PicClick, then you get the commission too. So hopefully they come back. The only way I'd make money is if someone you send over tells a friend. Actually it is a really good deal, I just thought I would try something crazy awesome and hopefully something good will come of it. It is really good if you already have large Adwords campaigns you can point over. Or if you have a ton of domains that get traffic. Or just posting links on your blog to promote sections. The key is to convince users to continually use PicClick, then you will get a lot of $ through time. Also I am interested in any feedback people may have. As an affiliate, is there something I can do to make even better for you to use? Ryan
I had starting something like this before ebay decided to do it on their own (works with new ebay aff program), with buildanichelink.com. I just don't have time to promote this stuff anymore. Good luck! In the beginning, adwords min's with like 3 cents. Eventually, you will get a manual review and get "slapped". Just keep your ads less than .10 and you should be able to make a profit (for now).
You should try running some Adwords with PicClick. You won't get slapped since it is a genuinely helpful visual browser, rather than just a copy of eBay listings. Also the CTR is much higher than other layouts. I'd just turn on those old Adwords campaigns, point them to PicClick, and see what you get Ryan
Oh, by the way, my campaigns are doing great, plus there is a lot of great ad options on MySpace and Facebook now. Give that a try! Check out www.shoemoney.com/2008/12/15/myspace-myads-after-a-few-months
