    So, companies who provide Web Design and Web Development Services, they should use 802 ??

    I red through many threads and found :

    P0802 - For Web Designers & Developers - Individual & Business

    This includes all web related services. Includes multimedia designs.

    Web design
    Web development
    Software development
    Logo design

    Anything related to this too gets in to P0802

    Does it include SEO?
    Web hosting referral earnings?
    Do we have column to enter many codes or only one?

    Includes for both Business & Individuals.

    Need not need anything more, Am I right?

    Also banks may ask for proofs. We do business online, I do not know what proofs to show them? Any one got idea about that?

    Please share things over that you know so that we can make this thread a solution rather than questions. :cool:

    You have to chose the code, that closely fits to your service or product. It need not be the accurate one.
    If somebody asks proof, just take a printout of your paypal receipts.
    As long as you file your taxes by showing your paypal bank withdrawals as income, i doubt anybody would care to ask about proofs.

    It seems every paypal update, brings in more and more confusion. First rbi confusion, then came IEC confusion and now Purpose code confusion! Aghh~

    Obviously, the codes doesnt fit in all web related products and services. of course! we have to pick the code, that closely matches us.
    There are many people use one paypal account for 10 different businesses, in which case differnt codes apply.

    What if we use the wrong code for withdrawal, like i am an ebay merchant but i use the code for a travel agency. I don't think it matters since you are a freelancer with no business establishment, the bank can't even ask you to furnish any documents on this.
