LOL This has to be a funny thread or a joke, right? If a Russian hacker wanted someones account they would simply use their hacking skills and get such account. They wouldn't create some fake website in the hope of getting stupid people to freely give out such info. Russian hackers have no such need for childish games, making sites lol. Read about elcomsoft - encryption etc, will give you some idea that this is not the work of hackers but probably the work of some child still in kindergarten. ;-)
I get hacking emails all the time with someone trying to get a hold of my aol and paypal information. Have been getting the FBI ones for a long time now and they are starting to make them threatening. If I don't provide the requested information immediately I will be prosecuted, etc. The scary part is they sound very real. Has anyone else gotten these? Just thought of this and thought I would share it as well. I got laid off several months ago from a company I worked at for a very long time. I was job searching on hot jobs and there was a post for applications for training for federal jobs. I called the number and the person sounded very sincere, gave me all kinds of information and wanted to send me an application. What raised my suspicion is when he asked me to send a fee for the training. When I investigated it, I confirmed that it was a scam. I just thought that it was really low to prey on people like that, those that have not job and scam them of money that they probably cannot afford to be paying to begin with. How low can you go?
