Can I be honest with you? I have a few critiques to make, I hope that they're helpful - First: Video advertisements! You absolutely, positively must get rid of them. They're incredibly annoying. I would close the page immediately if I were a normal visitor. I also keep hearing an awful sound from the chat window that's on the page. Can you turn the default sound setting to off? Your ad on the lower left, the block ad, seems to be cut off slightly on the right side. The ad that loads right below the banner is pretty abrasive... I wouldn't recommend it. It could be fine, depending on your audience, but it's something to think about. Also, on a more temporary note, the ad that loaded for me is really low quality (very pixelated). Your banner image is nice though. Change your default "no photo available" image to something less plain. Finally, if possible, try and fill in all the empty space between the end of the lists (main content area) and the footer.
