I am currently looking for artist to color in a drawing, I am willing to pay no lower than 20$ for this contest towards the winner. You must color in the whole picture that I provide and must be done with creativity. Also keep the image enlarged with good quality when you are coloring it in. This cartoon will be printed out and must fill up a good amount of size on the paper. Depending on the quality of the coloring I am willing to pay more.
