Yeah i believe new things are always with the new ideas and inventions lol So probably it is with more features and options.
I prefer the new one, but I certainly did not enjoy all the emails from clients of mine who wanted to know why I changed it (like I control Google)
for a reason i can't use the new analytics yet. each time i try to pull down the data selection box from top right i get a confirmation box that tells me something like this: A script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash 9 to work slow. Would you like to stop this movie? yes/no I already contacted the analytics support team several times and each time i was replied that they already know about the problem and that they are working on a fix. Other than this, i can still use the old interface. The new one looks better, however, the data selection doesn't work for me
well I started using google analytics after the new version was released and I never checked out the old one, so new for me
Well, and I prefer the old Analytics interface (also I am still on dial-up; I do not understand how can you see it as faster than the old one), even though I clearly see by the pool results that I am in the minority ... tayiper
Yes new interface is slow than older if your internet speed is slow. Good Luck to you tayiper. Meanwhile I start to use effective new interface.
The drill down makes it cake to drill into any section of content, whether its absolute uniques or keywords or anything. I really like the new version, and for Free you really can't beat it!
I started using Analytics after the new one was released, and I must say it's pretty easy to use, though I haven't known the previous version.
I really miss the intraday chart in the new one. Used to check it every few hours while at work, was really nice being able to see the spikes when a new press-release went out or we got mentioned somewhere. Now there is no point in checking except once daily.
Do you all trust Google with tracking your personal info like that? I'm still a little too paranoid to be tracking with Google yet.
