    I have provided a lot of people with demos but have found a lot of people with brand new accounts and a couple of posts trying to ask for info which is normally people who are just looking to copy.

    It is pretty simple to put a lot of ads on a single page but I think you will find it will do pretty crap in the serps as you need fresh content to have a chance at organic listings.

    Very true, but you could add a bit of unique related content, and then some content from RSS feeds to try and improve that. :)
