New algorithm update giving more relevance to rating sites

I am seeing rating sites take a jump in local listings that were not taking place in the last couple months. eg. If you search "Cincinnati Buick Dealers", I am now seeing "Ohio Buick Dealers" from Dealer Rater show up, and I am seeing a similar pattern across other brand searches. Appears that the new update is giving stronger relevance to Web 2.0 friendly rating sites...

You'll find that for many generic terms, you won't need to type in a geo-location. New updates to Google mean that the search engine returns local search results in the 10-pack format on the first page.

shorething - would you then recommend to not target the geo-location with anchor text for the future? eg. target anchor text "2009 Buick Enclave" vs. "2009 Buick Enclave Louisville"?
