A couple of new tools have been added to AdWords:

Find and Edit Max CPCs - https://adwords.google.com/select/BulkChangeKeywordCpc
Allows you to mass update keyword level, ad group level or all max CPCs.

Ads Diagnostic Tool - https://adwords.google.com/select/DiagnosticTool
Allows you to perform searches via different google domains or for a specific National / Region and see if your ad is showing. Finally.. now I won't have to go through a proxy any more to see if my US ads are showing.
