New Adwords question

    I started using google adword recently . I am doing affiliate
    marketing with google adwords. I am getting 30-35 clicks
    per day with CTR of around 1-1.5 .I am putting ads in niche
    category so i am the only advertiser in for this words .

    My problem is google is charging me .30 $ per click. After changing
    to the new format we need to pay mininum Bid eventhough
    no one else is bidding for key words. I read from some
    other forums that google will reduce CPC if quality of
    of Ad is is good. I read that in some case CPC came down from
    .40$ to .05$ after some time.

    Anyone here has got similar experience?
    -How much CTR is required for reduction in CPC ?
    -How much time it will take to get reduced CPC ?
    -Is there any way of predicting CPC or required Min CPC
    From CTR ,number of impressions ,number of clicks etc

    try using budget optimizer, set max cpc to $0.30 and daily budget little bit less than you spent right now.

    i'm using budget optimizer and cpc for some of my campaigns goes to $0.04. ;)
