New AdWords Account with the same low QS as the old one

Recently I canceled my AdWords Account in hopes that if I open a new one then this will delete my poor perfomance history.

I opened a new account with another email.. and guess what? My QS is still the same on a NEW account! HOW COME??? Is it normally possible???

How do you even know what your quality score is?

My hunch is your landing pages, keywords, ads and matching options need work - new account after new account won't help that. IMO it's easier to "repair" any "bad" history than it is to start over from scratch.

I know that my QS become low because of KW prices.
When I started they were as small as 0.04. but now they are like 1$, and to show on some terms I have to bid 2$, while some time ago I was bidding like 0.5 on the same term to be on 4-6 posotion.

My hunch is your landing pages, keywords, ads and matching options need work. You're suffering from poor quality score(s).

I'm still in the process of learning adwords myself. It takes a lot of time and practice!
