New adsense video inside normal ads!?

Check this out, a video inside normal ads, probably paid per click aswell.

 

Extremely old, old news.

 

I have never seen it before... its not the video units ad! Its normal image ads.

I saw that a few months back too.

 

i think that it has to be clicked twice before you get paid? once to play the vid, then once to go to the website? not a good way for publishers to make money.
