i'm a new adsense user, previously i had used adsense for dp (made $2.18 total so far). Anyhow i recently (3 days ago) added it to my new website. I pasted the adsense code & channel id into the correct template area.

So far my sites with this channel id have served up 1245 page impressions, and 1 click. my profits 0$

seems like i should get something or another for this, i dunno. perhaps the site is waiting for a manual review or what?

If the people that come to you website is not the right target for the ads or the right language then you are done for. Lets say i send you some english traffic and the website is in Swahili that would not be any good for them and they would not click.

If you have loads of people comming try change to IMAGE ads then maybe you get better luck there.

Also see so your website really shows ads and not the PUBLIC ads for free that google sometimes show.

Google will not review your site one more time only if some on report it or they see it if something is wrong.

Maybe check your code once more maybe the code is showing another PUB number?

Have you enter the URL in your admin in Adsense and put a Channel?

Ok give me some green now :D

Do you have a link to your site? It might be better to show us how you implemented them. It could be alot of things. Your blending/positioning might be wrong, Adsense might not support your language (page language), no relevant ads might be shown, Adsense might have limited inventory for the site etc.

All you have to think about now is ad placement, move the ad into different places everyday and look where the most place that people may click on .
also use tricks like " Image next to ad ", and label your ads with "related links" .
PS . the best place you could place your ad on is right before the content .

I took a quick look and there is only 1 add. Try to get some more in there. Also this link http://www.lqqk4.com/10/Home_and_Garden/ has nothing in it.

When people see there is nothing there they will go away thats the problem.

Link directories usually pay very less. People coming to a directory are more interested in submitting their site, looking around if their site has been added to the directory and then leave. It will be a good idea if you add more ad and link units to the pages (max allowed by Google... 3 text units and 1 link unit and 2 searches)

You can easily add a new Google text unit like the one you've added on top. See an example here.

I'm not sure, but I believe putting 'related links' would be against the TOS. It's certainly mentioned in their help section under invalid clicks:
