There is keyword density and keyword frequency, there are plenty of free tools out there that you can use to write good seo articles or to check your site for your keyword density. Try tools like seo quake for your website and article jockey for writing articles.. To add to that - I really don't like to write articles for search engines, I would rather let it happen naturally and let the search engines decide what is relevant to what the users want.

Have you never heard of LSI? - google been using it for the last few years to rank web sites (backlinking still important)

To cheat Google Adsense, works only for few weeks and then people get banned forever.

i'm not agree with "Google doesn't care about articles, just keep KW density 5-10% and target one KW per page that's it."

i think you can be a good rank for a moment after that google will ban your website bacause google TOS.
