New Adsense site

    I have just built a site about cheese and have added 2 adsense panels

    My problem is that all the adsense ads are about blogs and Wordpress, not about my subject, cheese

    What can I do ?

    You wait a day or two for the Wordpress ads to go away and the dieting ads to kick in.

    Once google has a good chance to crawl your site it will start to pick up on your cheese keywords and should start to display more relevant ads to your users

    As others have said for now you just have to wait for Google to crawl your site. I'd suggest signing up to their webmaster tools to keep an eye on their progress on whats indexed and crawled.

    First thing I would do is verify that each page has unique Title and Description Tags. Make sure each page has a minimum of 250 words of content. If you have images, make use of the Alt tag and use your keywords. If you are using WP, make sure you get rid of the powered by Wordpress crap that many WP themes have.

    Then I would wait:)
