Hello, I finished making a new revenue share site. It will share revenue among its authors. people have to register free to be an author. And the sites articles will show his adsense ads on his article. I need some tiny setups of the site so still not showing the URL. Now i need your suggestion how can i make people to be active authors and achieve the maximum revenue. and all your suggestions. thank you all.
First, try to gain high PR. Most of webmasters preferred to participate more to a site with higher PR, for example > Squidoo.
And offer a good percent. Because authors will be writing in your site instead of their owns blogs/sites. So, if you offer low percent, you won't get good talent in the begining. If possible, use some tool that permits to specify different percents to each author, so you can start with 60% author - 40% site and, later, reducing it, gradually, to new authors.
