    Why do you have a signature, rss, profile site or avatar?

    It is called advertisement and as long as it is within the guidelines, it is OK.

    It appears only on certain pages. Maybe Google will test it out to see what effect it has on CTR.

    i think the feature is intent to view more ads units to the visitor. i dont know if the impression count doulbe when ever someone click it

    It does. It scrolls through more ads in either direction clicked. I think it could produce more clickthroughs on ads if someone were to click the arrows.
