    No its not the message thing which I also have. It is a fourth tab across the top, and to the right of My Account within Adsense.

    I am again upgrading to another more expensive server in order to accommodate the traffic levels. It should be loading however as others are able to get to it, and you are close to where I live in relation to the server not much difference in hops.

    Well, whats the use in having my publishers in a publisher account?
    If I find my advertisers in my publisher (adsense) account, then that makes sense...atleast for me..

    Well I think I found the reason or actually someone else did and pointed me to where this appears to be headed.

    Yes it does seem there are some nice new advancements by Google to help others earn additional revenue.
