ads wont show on a banned site,so it would make no point of google to follow up on a banned site that has an ad code on it.

i just posted in another thread about the same thing,so this may help you.

    Can you make it clear?
The domain was banned or that domain contained adcodes from a banned account?

No. I think.. if some url is banned from adsense.. they only count the clicks, impressions in that site.. but they don't add $$ to your account!

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that AdSense ban accounts and not sites.
Example: You have a non-banned AdSense account and buy an expired domain previously owned by a user banned by Google.
Can I put my ads on my new acquired Site ? Why not ? How can I know the previous situation ?
But if you want to be sure/safer, you always can ask Google.

You can put AdSense code because google bans your AdSense account, not your site. I know because i have been banned, and I managed to continue advertising on the same website, but with another AdSense account

It depends. If the account was banned and not the site, then you might be OK.

To be on the safe side, contact Google and ask them.

Google does not ban you domain name only cancel you account.

    For example:
You can use different account on the same domain even if the previous AdSense that was that site account was banned.

After all if you bought you domain second hand you could not know what was his is history in Google AdSense

The domain was not banned , but the adsense codes on that domain was banned. how do i check if the domain was banned. This domain was not a second hand purchase.

As I said previously, your best way is Ask Google.

Yes you can put another code on the site. But if the site is still violating the TOS the new code (account) will also be banned.

download the adsense preview tool. you can find it somewhere in the adsense help area i believe. once its installed, you use it and it shows you the ads that will show on any page. if a particular URL is banned, it shows a 'e' instead of the ads.

and just to clear up some of the misinformation in this thread...

you can have a site banned but your account can stay open and you can place your adsense codes on other sites and continue to keep it on sites its already on (but not banned). sometimes google will tell you what to fix/change on your site and unban it. but that's up to google to do that or not.

you can have an account banned but the individual sites you ran your adsense code are not. So someone else could put their adsense code on those sites and it would work fine.

You may do so, if the domain hasn't been banned by Google previously.
