New adsense ads don't look right on my site

I want the 250 by 250 square adsense to the left side of my home page so that it makes the top paragraph looks like the ads on Kens' daughters home page at http://www.anguilla-beaches.com/

I have tried pasting the adsnese code for this layout, ad type or what ever it is called and it creates a horizontal space between 2 content lines. One at the top of the space and one at the bottom with no ad in it anywhere.
The adsense code minus the pub number t made the page look like mentioned before

The code made the are where I pasted in in white from the left side of the page all the way to the right side with the higth of this balk being 5 to 10 sentences from where the top sentence that should have been there to the bottom were the sentence that started the next area were the content that was suppose to be there started

I I looked at the source code for http://www.anguilla-beaches.com. I looked at there source code focusing in on were her code for that adsense ad she had and It looked like mine except for having <p class="AdSenseBoxLeft"> on the top above the adsense code. Thar made my ads start showing up to the left side but there was no wrap around test on the right side of the new lifted side square ad
I do not want an ad on the left side of the page that leaves a bunch of blank area to the left. I did all this experimenting using and never published the page so it would be like it was before.


I thought things were not going right on this page because I have links on the right in a tower appearanceee on thextremaaa right side and am trying to put adsnese on the left with the nav bar left of the adsense ads. In the middle of the page is content and stuff with vertical links on the extrema right side but if you look at the Anguilla beaches site they have something like my vertical links on the extrema right side but it is graphics..

Doing almost the same thing with the extrema right side did not mess those ad up so that is not the problem. You can see were my Google ads will go on my home page If there is code that goes on the top, bottom or even added in it that will put it on the left side with wrap around text I would appreciate it if you would just take my code which is earlier in the post and at the code to do this the way I want and then hit replay and I get it in my responses to the post. Any ideas are welcome

 

See you must make some modifications to the ads from the adsense panel. Select the text color that matches with your website text color. You have placed google ads on your website so as to generate revenue so modify it and place the code.
