New Adsense account possible with disabled adsense site?

    Is it possible to apply for a new adsense account with a family member or friends name for a site which had adsense account which is disabled by Google

    There is two side to it

    If the site had been banned, then you cannot add adsense to it
    If only the publisher has been banned then it is possible
    How do you check it-there is a way out.........

    if the previous adsense account was banned because of that same site then obviously it s a NONO .. otherwise there should be no problem adding a new code to the website

    They don't see the website for a banned account... but there is a possibility that a banned account can be related to the account that is currently been used by you... If they could relate in any means... thats it... YOU ARE BANNED

    yes you can apply

    or you can reinstate your previous account
    saying that you are the new owner (mail them with the payee name)
    try searching DP , a guy got his old account reinstated by saying that he is new owner of website

    I doubt you will be able to use the code on your website... Google adsense will wait until you generated like $90 dollars, and all the suddenly, BANNED... you will be more pissed off then.

    When google disabled ones account, he will never apply for a new one but you can apply with new family members name or as a new owner with the same residental address.

    What else do you ask?
