I was banned for click fraud which I never did because I never click my ads but if they say so they say so you cant win with google. Well I was able to register an adsense account under my wifes name. Now my question is would my account get banned again if I was to place adsense ads on the same sites that I had under my other account? Im pretty sure its a no but hey worth a shot.

That sounds like a mistake to me.

    - your wife presumably shares an address with you, and putting ads on the same site(s) will just make it easier for Google to see the connection. They do disable accounts for be "associated with" previously disabled accounts.

    - it doesn't sound as if you have figured out the source of the invalid activity on your account. If you haven't figured out why your original account was disabled, and you just put ads back on the same site, it may be that the same invalid activity will happen again.

It could be that Google doesn't decide to disable your wife's account until it gets close to the first payment threshold. That means the time was wasted accumulating earnings you will never receive.

Adsense is not the only way to monetize a web site, and you would probably be better off starting fresh with a different program.

What if I was just to post them on sites that were not under my previous account? That should be safe no? Your right adsense is not the only way to monetize a site but it sure is the best one that I know of besides clickbank or amazon which are more for specific products type sites. Thanks for your response.

There is no guarantee that Google won't eventually figure out the connection and disable the account. I'd say that's less likely to happen if the ads are placed on different web sites.
