New adsence code not working

Hi

I have skyscraper text links for my Google adsence ads. In the last few hours I went to my account and got a horizontal layout. I copied and pasted the new code in to the top of pages I want to use it on and when I went to preview it just had a blank area were the ads should be with no hand over them when I put my curer in the white area were the ads should be. A few minutes after building (publishing the page when I went to the address the page is on even after refreshing it there was the same white area. I amusing 2 other Adsence codes with no problem. What should I do.

yes it take to 10 to 15 min..to show up..so just wait & watch after 10 min.
