Hey guys, After reading a few e-books on adsense, I decided to change my adsense layout/placement so that i can get the most money... Originally I had a skyscraper ad on the left..... and the same ad wrapped within the main text. Now I have leaderboard....same ad wrapped in context... and link unit on the right. Do you think it looks okay? I haven't gotten many clicks since the change But I tihnk it looks better..maybe I just need to wait.
Have you considered going with an Adlinks unit at the top instead of a banner leaderboard? I've always found that the Adlinks, with its slim down and non-cluttering look, performs incredibly well.
what I suggest you to do: place 4 images on top of your leaderboard place an adlink just below your leaderboard, same size, maybe try to implement this look: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=89515 change your 300x250 block with a 336x280 add a 336x280 block at the end of your content. in all your block, make the url_color black, only the link should be blue. Enjoy your earnings.
