Strange, could be a premium ad, however, in the upper block is a classic adsense ad block ... Hmmm

 

That's just a new ad unit they are testing. (The link didn't work for me). It combines the normal ad unit with a link unit... so the visitor can choose which ads to view.

 

Hmm, it redirects to a site not to a classic Google Ad page listing matching ads.
