    Google has launched a new 200X200 ad format. It will accomodate google videos as well. Will try this one out.

    Yeah I've seen the ads, but I'm not entirely sure how effective they are. They make me look at them, but they don't intrigue me.

    If you are looking at them - means it got your attention? Does it need to intrigue? Though it just needs to make you look and click. Maybe I am oversimplifying the process ... lol
