    So I saw that I'm not allowed to change my username but I kinda hate this one, so could I make a new account if I stopped using this one? I made this account awhile ago and didn't really use it, and when I came back I wanted to make a new account. But it said something about only being allowed to have one account, so I just logged into this one.

    More simply...

    Question = Could I make a new account and stop using this one?

    It's not against the law but against the DP rules, you will get banned.
