I've just sign up for a google adwords account. Where can I find full info / tips / case studis on how to manage this account ? (what are the best keywords, how should i set the budget and so on)

You may want to either buy and ebook on adwords by searching the net or try google's help files when you login.

 

Perry Marshall writes the 'Definitive Guilde To Adwords' which is pretty good.
