    Let's say I got banned from adsense. Can I create another account using my mom username and SSN but same address?

    By creating another account, you mean the same name, ssn and such? but not same address?


    How about P.O box?

    As soon as Google figures out that it's you.. and chances are they will, you'll get banned again.. probably right before you get that big payout..

    You can have the same address and same phone there will be no problem

    But if you display ads on the same site that you got banned there may be some suspicion which may lead to a another ban!

    I think the SSN and IP are more important than address and name.

    Dude!! his account got banned not his site.....And even if only his site was banned he can never use ads on that site again no ads will be visible on banned site!!! and band account means NEW EVERYTHING

    You can but I wouldn't recommend it. You will get caught eventually and have to return all the money. Go try another advertising program like the one offered by Yahoo.

    Let's say you do use your mother's name, and Google doesn't figure out it's really you (which is unlikely). Is your mom really OK with owing taxes on the money you earn? And have you explained to her that she can never have an Adsense account of her own if you do this?

    Questionable ethics...but yeah, it's still legal and you can do that to have another account. The only downside is that all correspondence and calls has to be made my your mom if there's any issue with the account
