New account or existing account?

    I have an Adsense account with name and adress of one of my relatives, because in the time when was opened, I hadn't 18 years old. I received a payment from that account and I want to change the name and adress in that account with my data. I wonder if I should modify the account or to open a new account in my name, because now, I am eligible for payment. Thanks.

    Yes, i know that, but they can suspect me for selling or transfering the account to somebody else?
