1) May be net safe is creating issue ? 2) may be new accnt accepting 299$ ? 3) may be link which I send to customer , I opened it from my IP and paypal track each IP opening that link..? 4) Name on Bank Accnt using using which I created my Net safe and nameon paypal accnt are different ? What could be the reason ?
Btw, I recieve daily more than 700-800$.. Now when I opened my new account they blocked it within 25 mins of receiving payment. They asking for prooof of shipment and contact details of shipper.

I have her VoterID which got Photo , name and on the back side the address. I also have the trade licence of the business firm. ( though that required ? ) 2) If I am providing service online and getting paid , what proof to send ? I handle tech issues of my client and get paid accordingly.

Its quite simple... just provide all the details and wait till they clear issues.. if you are not fake you will be paid..!!
Yes, you need to contact them and follow what they say, I dont think it would be a big deal. They will resolve your problem for sure.
why did you had to make a new account when you already had one ? I think thats why it happened to you... and no $700-$800 will not get you limited...Just tell paypal its a personal payment or for services , really , its not necessary that you would receive payments from buyers of tangible goods.
