New acc after baned

My brother just got baned from Adsense 2 month ago, how long he should wait to open new acc? Thank you

 

As long as you've learnt from your mistakes and don't rule break again, try around about now, 2 months is plenty.

Use absolutely nothing the same. This goes for the site(s) you put it on and the computer/IP the work is done from, as well as name, address, bank account, tax info.

Google can track him, and he will be banned again... probably just before he gets his first payment.

As per Adsense TOS you cannot re-apply once you are banned. This means you are banned for life. Many people have successfully got a new account and was banned just before the pay day. So best not try it.

Only way is try to convince google that there were no invalid clicks using stats as a proof

 

It's against G rulles to open a nother account

i think google wont approve your account cause they will match the info..
and you will have the same info..
