I'm interested in buyng a new plan to transfer my warez forum becouse my i have too much problem with my actually host -.-.... do you allow nulled script ? And can my site be slow becouse of the rapidleech users ?

 

People be adviced you are not allowed to abuse server or run irc. An account has been suspended permanently for abusing. Concerned domain was ***removed*** . email provided with the account was ***removed***

Also, please let everyone know how your hosting is run through Los Angeles and if they're denying people to have an embedded IRC channel then obviously they probably wouldn't like null scripts or warez linking being hosted there.

I write this only to let future people know that his host will pull your site at the drop of a dime.

Someone lied about what my website was hosting and boom, I got pulled for having an embedded IRC chat (which isn't hosted on the same server).

No irc allowed i said earlier. Moreover you didnt pay -- you were on a free trial. i have every right to suspend you when you are using irc. no question where it is hosted, IRC not allowed that simple...

Thanks for the trial though, I just feel as I owe it to the community to see the real ToS that will get you suspended if you violate.

It's nothing against you at all, I just don't think you have a complete grasp on it all.

 

I donot monitor what files you use. but i got complaint from the datacenter to remove your site. so i had to. i dont have any other explanation. if i didnt remove you then my server would have been taken offline -- so i had to delete you. any form of irc not allowed.

 

Here is their tos where they mention about irc:

What do you not understand about it not being an IRC network?

Go download any IRC client, install it, and run it. Are you running a network? No, you are not. You are running a client. The IRC that you saw on the page was a client, not a network.

The TOS for WebNX says, "IRC Networks are strictly prohibited from our network." It says nothing about IRC clients.
