Buying New: 30$ for 4 animated and non animated banners unique design

hello all

I hired to looking for unique banners for a website for 30$.

you must design 4 animated banner and 4 non animated banner

in these sizes below :

468x60
250x250
125x125
234x60

but first design just ONE 468x60 animated and non animated banner
to see if your design is good or not and if i like your design project goes
by you ,,please put your design here and dont send to my inbox.

rules:

1. Contest ends in 72 hours from the post.. It may end without winner if we don't like any
2. All entries must be self created.
3. You will have to pass on all PSDs, fonts etc used and we'll be the rightful owners of the banners
4. animated banners must contain these words :

1- Best of Forex from all other sites 

2- Best of Forex Technical Analysis 

3-Latest Forex Trading News 

4- www.ForexSQ.com

5- colors you use must be in BLUE and White or BLUE and one other color

but the background of both animated and non animated must similar to

blue color that designer use in 250x250 banners in sidbar as you can see in

6. Must be creative.
7.its a redesign contest so you entries must be really beautiful .
8-use much more graphic to become beautiful

9-if you want to make a logo as sample you you allow to send just logo
with privet message but note i care about logo and it must be very beautiful
cause i dont accept any logo you design,, so if you can make a very beautiful
logo i pay more ,,,send it with privet message.

thank you but its not really beautiful ,, use a fonet that see clear and the blue color is not good ,,,the blue color in site is gowing but this one is not ,,please make another logo and use the exact color and all background blue

Yea, but I explain this to myself like this. He needs one designer to make all banners and here we are just posting some samples.
If he likes the sample, you take the whole job and etc...

 

you explain good ,,,your design is good but it can be better ,,the white font color you use i think its not really white can you use a white font that glowing and clear
