I tried popuptraffic and it sucks, I tested it for 7days. Only made me $10. And trust me, I tried it on a site with a very high traffic.
Hm strange, works rather fine here. Actually it seems to have even higher CPM than advertised for me lol. Is it long since you tried it? It seems to have been upgraded lately since first time I saw it. The only thing I don't like about it is its limited customization , it only have one code which spawns popups for every time a link is clicked, though it is possible to chose what links the popups should not appear on. I would like a function that would make me able to chose a whole domain, such as the domain I have the popup on, and only have the popups appear for external links, as well as on enter/exit of main page but with a frequency cap. PayPopup has better functions that way though pay somewhat lower, but they do have $1.8 cpm for targeted US traffic and Canadian. A review about that is also on my site. I run popup traffic on a site that has good traffic and content that people come back for regardless of popups, and paypopup on a site where the users are not so happy about popups so I have only popups on external links there and enter popup of 1 per session which seems to be fine.
