NeverBlue - Problems with communication?

    Is it me or does everyone have trouble in communicating with his/her affiliate manager?

    I have Jason Gill here, trying to contact him via email or site contact form for over 2 weeks already and I got no reply yet. And I don't want to call him, because I believe affiliates should have the possibility to freely discuss anything using e-mail.

    Anyone else has such problems?
