Just to be clear, this guy is Hagiohost.

Yes, his account was closed and refunded.

You will be reported to DP for multiple logins ;)

    Regards,
    Sean

LOL This guy never seems to end pissing me off. :p

Look at his new antic / gimmick, the one of a pure scammer.

Have a look at this thread (where he is providing "PROXY" hosting and this is where I purchased the worst hosting of my life) - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=333336

Okay, so after 15 days of crap quality hosting (full of downtimes), here is his message :-

Now this thing right here - http://www.devouthost.com/tos.html says that PROXIES are NOT allowed. Whoa, he makes a thread saying that we are selling proxy hosting and what does the TOS say.

    Isn't this complete BS guys?

I'm gonna get this kid banned, pmming the mods now.

Oh well, the page also says "Award Winning Service", I guess the award that was given is "Worst Hosting Ever". LOL! :p

Judging from all this information you should steer clear from this members services. They obviously don't look after their clients, which is a big no no in the hosting industry and I know it's important to clients because my clients always give me feedback letting me know that they are impressed with my quick responses, detailed information and great hosting. These five factors come into play in web hosting: 1. Reliability/Reputation 2. Server (Speed) 3. Price 4. Support 5. Features and are all very important.

I have setup a custom plan for the stranded people, if you are interested please PM me.

I promise, this would not happen with us.

I just terminated my service with him, but I think I lost 10 dollars. I didn't want to take the chance. Thanks for the warning guys. It's hard to find a good proxy host, and suggestions?

Yeah that was my problem with my proxy, so I hosted with Inworx which was like $6 for 50gb but I don't think he hosts proxies anymore.

Yes today morning i came to know about this. Someone from DP was scammed and paypal refused to interfere because it was a service.

We got to be careful before paying someone.

This stuff is exactly why I leave my important sites with hostgator or some other big company. Its always something with this small companies. I would say that the rule should be: Never use a host that is not at least two years old. Its better to pay $3 more a month. Thats like one beer.

True after all these hickups I indeed would agree with Login!

Also another thing PAYPAL intervenes :D
I got my refund for Hosting...navid1 this is good news. I submitted all the information in th required format and fortunatly the provider didn't respond and also didn't reply to the tickets so Paypal processed and gave the refund.

Sorry to hear that for you guys. At least you have got your money back and learned the lesson on the hard way. Now you can pick carefully your next host. Tho it is difficult to find good proxy hosting companies, since this is relatively new and not many companies would dedicate to offer ONLY proxy hosting.

Out there, must be a good proxy hosting (i personally don't host proxy web sites) which can meet your needs and is trustworthy, don't give up seeking.
