Forgive me if this has been asked before. I was wondering is it possible for a person to fill out their own Never Blue Ads?

NO! Doing any offers of your own on ANY network is grounds for IMMEDIATE termination.

I'm sure if you read any of their TOS you'll find that this is true.

Thanks for all the answers so far.
What if a person has already done a certain ad that I am running. Could they just clear their cookies and do it again or not?

Yes you can do if you want yourself to get banned from any NETWORK...
    Well!!
Whats that to tell it.. I guess we have a little brain to understand the things takng it in a practical way .lol :)

Do you think Advertisers will pay Publishers for Fake Leads??
No they wont pay you for that.
    I hope i have solved it :)

There might be some incentive offers , just run them and browse around for members that can complete your incentive offers.. i am the one among them :)

Congratulations. You're the reason legitimate affiliates get paid so low for our leads. They have to offset your crap ones.
Can't wait until these "exchanges" get yall banned.

I am seeing poor reporting on my NBA site... not really sure why, maybe someone can help me. I was seeing many clicks on my banners but no conversions. So I decided to do one of the E-Mail submits to see if it worked and to my surprise it doesn't. This is beginning to make me think that NBA reporting is getting bad.

Any solution or reason for this...

It is against TOS and it will get permanent ban. It is easy now to find ipaddress+sytem configuration+reg. time to detect fraud.
