Never Blue Ads, terrible customer service

I applied to be an affiliate with them a few weeks ago after seeing them recommended somewhere...

I got a call from them, but was in a meeting at the time so I asked them to call back in 20 mins or so.

    They never called back.

So I called them a few days later, was told the one person who could help me was on the phone.

Then today, what did I get? No, not a phone call... but an email saying my application had been declined!

I think they need to improve their call handling process, customer service in general, and to take individual customers more seriously.

The attitude I got from was generally "we are far too busy to care about one customer"... ! Anyone that runs a good business can tell you that you have to look after your customers.

I rememeber reading somewhere about how an online advertising company worked really hard to resolve someones issues - despite the fact that he was only a small time advertiser. Later it turned out his day job was that he was technical manager for one of the biggest web portals in the US, and was so impressed that he switched from their current ad company and gave them a million dollar advertising contract.

So... does anyone think Neverblue are good enough at what they do that I should reapply? Or should I just go somewhere else?

    Thanks

They were never good in the CS dept. I would recommend Hydra or Market Leverage over them.

Do yourself a favor and never e-mail an application into a network, pick up the phone and call and talk to someone... See what type of offers they have, and what they can do for you and you can do for them.

E-mailing a website application to a company is a waste of time, you can't explain how you do business and what the company does.

I deal with neverblue and they are just fine, maybe it's cause I do over 10k a month maybe not who knows.

I haven't come across any complaints about Neverblue. In fact I've read only good testimonials of people working in this network. So, I guess it's worth trying again.

    Good luck!

Fair enough guys - but you seriously need to work on your call handling procedures, workflow and general customer service.

100 applications isn't a lot. A good call centre can handle 100 applications a minute with no problems or lost business. 100 a day should be a doddle.

If you only have one guy doing it then maybe he needs an assistant or workflow management software...
