Started testing a campaign with PrimeQ in August. Have yet to receive a dime from them. Email, IM and voicemail all go unanswered. In four attempts, I have been able to reach a live human in either the US or the UK. Are these guys still in business? Any tips on how to extract payment in less than 180 days (or ever)? Thanks.
I must admit that they are not the best company to work with. Their support is useless. To also receive payment you have to send them an invoice of what you are owed before they send your earnings. I'm not even sure if they actually pay their affiliates or not. Just to update everyone -- I've called them every other day to find out when I should expect payment. I miraculously got a human the last few times and learned that Gabrielle Alvarado is in charge of payables. Ms. Alvarado must be very important and busy, as she is "in a meeting" or "away from her desk" every single time I call. Of course, it takes a good five minutes to verify her whereabouts in the sprawling PrimeQ HQ. You may be surprised to learn that she has never called me back and the mail box is still empty. Stay away from these crooks!
