That's now how dial-up works. When you connect to dial-up, they assign you to an IP address. I want to know if it's a different one every time. I already hooked into my neighbours High-speed DSL once 2 months ago, but I like my neighbour so I didn't stay tapped. I've got Internet at home, afterall.
