When using the NetZero dial-up, does it issue a different IP address to you each time?

Lol, I know that. It takes a while to set it up, and it's for a little contraption Im building. I want to know before I spend an hour setting dial-up up.

    Fishy.. differen't IP's?

    DIFFERENT IP:
Wireless: sign into different wireless connections that you leach off someone near you.

Hope this isn't for something bad :p

    That's now how dial-up works.

When you connect to dial-up, they assign you to an IP address. I want to know if it's a different one every time.

I already hooked into my neighbours High-speed DSL once 2 months ago, but I like my neighbour so I didn't stay tapped. I've got Internet at home, afterall.
