Networks that ALLOW incentives...thanks

    I am interested in setting up a cash incentive site and I need offers that allow cash incentives...any good networks?

    Adscendmedia- Has a lot of incentive offers and many exclusives. Pays net 30 and almost always has an AM on AIM for easy contact.

    Bluetrackmedia/Sparkleads/Leadpub- All three networks are more of a brokering network but you find offers on them from smaller unknown networks so it might be good to join them. Also turn non-incent offers into incent through their network.

    Pantheranetwork- Pays net 15 via PayPal or Check. Doesn't have a lot of incentive offers but has a few decent paying daily surveys where your users can complete research studies every day.
