Network with browser targeting?

Which networks do you know that offers targeting by browser and os?

In general chrome/ff/macosx traffic is alot better quality. Afaik..

Usually, advertisers who want browser targeting are buying traffic for exploits/viruses.
Checking Mr Escobar threads in Traffic forum made me a bit worried:

I also remember contacting this member about 2 years ago about some traffic deal. As far as I remember, the deal did not go through due to exploits(yet, I can't find that Skype chat after so much time).

Honestly, the only option to do like $20 USD CPM from iframe traffic is malware...

The reason the deal didnt go through was because I was behind company VPN, and you had some issues with that.

Im not promoting malware, I just resell traffic.

Yet, as you are saying - you are not promoting malware, you are just reselling traffic.
The problem is how do you know the one who you are reselling the traffic to does not use it for malware...

 

I manually check urls with urlquery/fiddler etc, before and during campaigns.

Way more effective than any automatic scanners.
