I just started a daily video site a few days ago and should hit at least 2k page views today (viral marketing). I can't see traffic doing anything but going up and was hoping someone could recommend an ad network that would display at least semi relevant ads? The videos are your typical humor/shocking type. I just have adsense on there right now and my placement could be better (just one box beside comments section) but it's showing terrible unrelated/uninteresting ads. Go daddy and webex meetings, which of course gives me a terrible ecpm of 12 cents. Edit: Traffic is mainly US/Canada
i think if your main trafic is us and cannada, you will earn much more with cpm as think it is the most prefered traffic.
there are alot of them but pay per click rate will be low. try smowtion ads , mediashakers, globaltakeoff or Clicksor.
Thanks, I am going to try out smowtion first, according to their pitch page in the entertainment category yesterday the average ecpm was 1.42 so even if it is half that it'll be better.
Smowtion is crap...I had 20 clicks yesterday and 0 earnings...banners are crap aswell...I would never click on those banners.
Gah that sucks then, I'll sign up for the others listed above instead then. I'll probably test each of them for a few days just to be sure and post back here with what worked the best on my site.
