    1. When Commsions are moved down to closed can i make sure that i have gone through the Network Quality test Successfully?

    2. Say if for june i have $50 commisions closed and not paid. For the july month i have, say $60 which has not been approved by Network Quality department and warned me to correct my programs. And they terminated my account at last.

When this will be the case, do they send check for those $50 closed commisions for the june month in august or later? or this $50 too will be washed out?

P.S: This is just a doubt arise in me and i thought like this because i havent paid this month. So i need to know about this. There is nothing to mean it.

Please be kind enough to reply me. I need answer for this. Friends here like micromag can reply too. Micromag, i am expecting your reply eagerly. Your realy helping me a lot in this forum. Many thanks for micromag.

    Dear Micromag,

First of all, many thanks for you for taking pains in answering me.

I am not exagrateting when i say your THE BEST to answer me. Your absolutely right. Yes, I am from India. Lets move to CJ now.

I have no warnings received from them to correct my programs yet. It seems i am good to them. When i asked about payment this month, i got an answer from CJ like,

CJ's answer: " It appears however you should have your payment later this month just long as Network Quality Department doesnt find any red flags surrounding the status of your account". Then say said there are some advertisers not funded their commisions and so cj unable to "close" that from locked status (i can understand this).

But what i still dont understand is, when they say i have my payment later this month, why is that, my balance not dropped yet? I again contact them using CJ interface requesting, "tell me my my balance not dropped yet and when am going to get paid".... i have no response from them for this till date...... 5 days gone after this..... no response..... Why they are doing like this micromag? As am from india, i am unable to call them. If i have skype, can i make a call to them free?

Please dont forget to answer regarding CJ. No one is convincing expect you. Please answer me. Please.

P.S: if you have time and if you are intersted, you can talk to me at rajudta at my Yahoo IM.

    Kate.

    Hi micromag,

I just pasted CJ's answer in my last post. What was in double quote.

For your reference i am pasteing the full details. Please find it below under CJ answer.

    CJ Answer :

It appears however you should have your payment later this month just long as Network Quality Department doesnt find any red flags surrounding the status of your account.

You have transactions that are “locked” but not paid out because the advertiser has not deposited sufficient funds into their account. Although most advertisers are very responsive in making sure they have enough funds in their Commission Junction account, from time-to-time some fail to make a sufficient deposit to cover payments before our monthly payout schedule. While we make every effort to contact advertisers who have shortfall, the Commission Junction Publisher Service Agreement specifically says that if an advertiser does not pay us, we cannot pay the publisher. It is in the interest of the advertiser to keep their accounts current so they develop successful relationships with publishers and it becomes a win-win situation for everyone.

PSA Section 3(e) states: "CJ shall have no obligation to make payment of any Payouts for which CJ has not received payment from the relevant Advertiser of all monies due to CJ (including for all Payouts owed by such Advertiser to all of such Advertiser's Publishers)."

If the advertiser brings their account current by next month’s payout you should see these commissions move from "locked" to "closed" and payment will be issued.

    Sincerely,
    Commission Junction Client Support

Micromag, this is their mail. when it is has been mentioned that i have my payment later this month, why my balance didnt dropped yet. I mailed them again, but no response yet. What to do further?

    Hi kate,

Now I understand what is going on.

You're probably promoting a single advertiser (I think is screensaver.com is correct?) and following what CJ is saying:

They will only pay you when this advertises pay CJ the pending funds.

The situation is not critical to you as your advertiser has not been desactivated yet from CJ network.

This is a rare situation, I never has this problema before.

From now two things different things can occur that do not deppend from you:

    1) this advertiser that you promote will give more funds to CJ and so CJ will delivery your check

    or

    2) The advertiser will not pay CJ and this advertiser will be desactivated from CJ network and all your commissions with this advertises will be reversed.

What you can do now? You can just wait and see what happens - stay calm down and try to promote different advertisers to avoid such problems from now: if you promote 10 different advertises and 1 of them is desactivated or delay payments you will not suffer as you are suffering now.

    Dear Micromag,

I am promoting 6 different adverdisers and of course, screensavers.com is the one among in them.

Two advertisers FULLY funded their commisons into cj and only 4 of them are not funded.

So there is no reversal from either of them. Escaped from that situation :)

But still i dont understand why didnt i get my cheque till date. Micromag, its been 2 months since i joined CJ. Is this the usual time to wait for a first payment for a new publisher?

Yep, this is a rare situation. I had to go through this situation within the first 2 months of making some money in cj.

The biggest frustration was I spent about $$$$ towards PPC & waiting for the payment from cj to clear my credit card dues. When I realized that the cash was not coming to me, I mailed them, called them to find a similar answer as said by mariakate3.

I suspended all my KW campaigns for the advertiser for about 2 months and after that I got paid. But as said by Micromag3, it is a real risk that if the advertiser does not pay up, we'll definitely lose the payment.

I'm not talking about a 2 months delay.

I'm talking about the specific case when CJ delay your payments due advertises has pending funds with CJ

Yep! That exactly was the situation I was caught with.

When I called cj asking the reason for delay in payment. They said that one particular advertiser has not yet paid up. Unfortunately major chunk of my earnings was from that advertiser.

I called 2-3 times to cj and finally once to the advertiser(asking politely). By the time I made the call to the advertiser they've already sent the cheque to CJ. He promptly apologized for the delay and I got my funds in the next month's cheque.
