    I want to sell 4 of my friend's sites based on the niche "web hosting review".Most of them are like landing pages/review blogs of a particular webhost that earn via affiliate programs of that particular webhost(example : fatcow,hostgator)

    Sites age from 3-7 months and some of them are PR1.average revenue is around 1000$ per month.
