Selling Network of PR4 sites + templates, $4.37/day AdSense + HUGE potential

Overview

I am interested in selling a network of 6 AdSense sites and the underlying template (code/graphics/PHP backend), plus 4 supporting sites which link to them. My business has grown tremendously in the last few months, and I do not have the time (or need) to improve these sites and increase their revenue.

Average earnings from AdSense:

• $3.65 per day in earnings since April 1 (total $511.02 as of 8/18)
• $3.88 per day since June 1 (total $306.59 as of 8/18)
• $4.37 per day since July 1 (total $213.90 as of 8/18)

Increased Revenue Potential

1. I am not just selling the sites, but also the template (PSDs and code, including the PHP for the backend). You can build out as many of these sites as you like. Each site would take less than an hour to complete by using the template.
2. Aggressively market featured listing option. My original goal was to have each site featuring 5 companies, for $150 per month per site (total $750)
3. Improve organic search rankings on sites which are weak, to increase free traffic
4. Expand sites to offer affiliate sales of moving/packing supplies, such as movingdayboxes.com

Required Maintenance

None, unless you decide to pursue the "Featured Listing" option and sign up companies. Then, your only maintenance would be maintaining billing from them.

Users can submit reviews on storage companies, but these reviews are not made live until they are approved by you via a simple administrative backend. You can moderate these reviews as they come in, or not.

For serious buyers with reasonable offers, I will go into more details about how to access and use the backend - which is very simple and effective.

Price & Terms

I am leaving the price open. However, please do not respond with lowball or unreasonable offers. While extra money is always nice, I am doing extremely well in my non-Web business and am only interested in selling this network for what it is worth.

When making an offer, please do so not just based on the current revenue, but potential revenue (especially if you use the template to make more sites), which is outstanding. And obviously I understand that any interested buyer will want to see more information (AdSense reports, etc.). Please base your offer on the assumption that I will provide all necessary information to satisfy you, which I will certainly do.

I only want to complete the sale through Escrow.com. I have unfortunately been scammed on PayPal one too many times with fraudulent chargebacks or hacked accounts.

Why don't you tell us the reserve? $1300 is a fair opening bid given the amount of revenue you claim, and your immediate rejection of the offer makes me reluctant to make a bid. I am interested in these sites, but I'm not willing to pay for your perceived potential, and would like to know if I would be wasting my time before I start due dilligence.

None of the revenue sites are, I registered them myself. The last two support sites are. However, they have both been through 2 (maybe 3?) PR updates so...

No hard feelings, I am just looking to sell them to someone who understands the potential. Yes, there is value in the immediate revenue, but I am selling a very easy to use template system, a nice design, and something that could have a ton more revenue with some work. Therein lies most of the value.

 

U still haven't answered this question as i would be very interested in knowing if that its the earnings per day of per site, if its per site i find it very high ammount of money you are asking for that kind of revenue.

 

I did answer it, in response to VirtualF. Those are the total numbers, not per site.

Again, I am in no hurry or desperate need to sell it, so I can wait on someone who understands the potential value (lots of untapped revenue/potential, low to zero maintenance, good organic rankings, high PR, support sites which are non-revenue assets, ability to replicate these sites in less than an hour with the template, etc.) Plus, revenue is increasing, so if nothing else the sites will just appreciate in value.

 

I see that they have potential, but I'd like to have an idea of the range you are looking for before getting involved. If you're not willing to divulge that information, good luck with the sale.

I am a serious seller. It's just that I am not interested in giving it away, and not in any hurry since I don't really need the money. I just have too much on my plate right now with my other business, to keep these sites. I would rather sell them and re-invest into my other business.

 

Earnings update:

$134.74 to date since August 1, average of $4.49/day.


If you are not interested in the templates or me teaching you the system to replicate these sites easily, I will sell for less, but retain the right to create more of these sites down the road (willing to sign a non-compete agreement to stay away from the cities/markets these sites are currently in) if I get back into this business. If you just want the existing sites and support sites only, without the PSDs and code templates, then I am looking for 25 months projected revenue.

Hi,

The purpose of those sites (some of which are PR4) is to provide link authority to the money sites, helping them rank better in search results. You could also use them to help some of your other sites rank better.
