Network of Domains For Sale $900/mth income

The entire network of sites go as a package deal. Combined, the sites do about $900 -$950 month with ZERO updating or advertising. That is part of the problem. I do not have any time to devote to these sites to make them the powerhouses they once were. For a few years, I was consistently bringing in $3000-$4000 a month culmatively.

The only costs naturally are the servers. 2 dedicated servers total monthly expenditure $406 dollars.

Obviously I'm not asking top dollar here, but the potential is clear what an experience webmaster can do with these network of domain names and sites.

That is why this thread is in domains for sale, versus sites for sale...even though you get the domain and the site, contents, files etc..all included. The revenue is decreasing, is not guaranteed, but these sites with the right owner, because of the domain names, length of time they have been established in their genre's...could be an absolute goldmine for someone to turn the tables on

Here is my business plan, executed with the right capital and mainly devotion of the all so precious TIME..!!

I envisioned each site to going through
multiple phases of of improvement with me completing about 1 phase per
month for one of the sites, not to mention the maintenance, etc...

Sites:

Aimface
--------------
Phase 1: Redesign, nothing drastic, just something a little more
eye-pleasing. The goal would be to make it mostly CSS based
eliminating all the extra code for the tables, etc therefore
increasing load times, SEO etc.
Phase 2: Optimize the pages for SEO... this will be an undertaking on
it's own...
Phase 3: Add a section of the site for games, perfect for the audience
that is visiting the site. Maintain a news portion of the site weekly,
adding a new game, something to keep the site fresh, maybe base an RSS
feed off of the site for users.
Phase 4: Ensure triton/latest AIM compatibility. Possibly include
developing something custom to be listed on download.com, tons of
backlinks would be generated by this as many sites use listings from
download.com
Phase 5: Remove popups and a few ads while attempting to get listed in
DMOZ directory.

don't want to break existing rankings/income for this site. If first

Phase 2: Functionality improvement, maybe something similar to
myspace, post your pics and have your own page/blog...
ratepic.com/myblog/ etc... Would probably be bundled with phase 1.
Possibly a news release to promote.
Phase 3: Forum/photopost promotion and style change, maintain weekly.
Possibly integrate forum and photopost with home page, latest posts,
latest pics etc...

Don't have too many ideas for the funny sites except maybe the funny
videos, most of the work would be optimization and link building. I'm
sure more will come as we get to that point but the plan would be to
work on the ones needing the most help, in my opinion the buddy sites
and ratepic.

One other thing to add for the buddy sites, possibly expanding this to
Yahoo!/MSN/Gtalk, that would be a huge bonus in my opinion.

Price for everything $30,000 OBO....ratepic.com and funnypop.com alone are worth the price for just those two domain names...not to mention you get the sites, members, content, design, files...and all the other domains, files, content etc..
