Selling Network of 40 Aged Niche Sites

Starting bid is only $25 per site.

I acquired this network of web sites about a month ago and was planning on spending some time to promote them, but need to free up some time this New Year. In short, each of these web sites targeted a different niche and are indexed in the search engines and receiving some free traffic for long tail keywords. With some promotion, these sites can double if not triple or more in revenue. I simply am looking to clear out some of my inventory of web sites, and these ones must go to someone who can manage and grow them.

This sale is made up of 40 different Static HTML (no Admin Panel) web sites, all with original content and at least five unique articles written for each site. These are are just sitting around and have a lot of potential. 18 sites have a PR1 and 1 has a PR2, the rest are PR0. All sites are about 1.5 years old.

Aside from domain renewal and hosting, there are no additional costs. All of the domain names are currently registered through the months March/May 2012. You must setup domain accounts with NameCheap and GoDaddy so I can push the domain names to your account. All sites are on a Shared Hosting account with Host Gator.
