I am putting up on sale, a network of Micro Niche Sites, which I have regularly and successfully monetized with Adsense and Amazon affiliate program.

What are Micro Niche Sites? What kind of sites are these?

Basically, these are small sites (usually 15-20 pages) full of content on a single product, which has low competition and high search count in Google, i.e. it is very easy to rank for such keywords – just with a little bit of promotion.

• There are a total of 135 sites in my network, and all are based on the Wordpress CMS. Hence making it very easy to update.
• All are .info domains – signifying information about the product.
• All are EXACT Keyword match domain names - giving a boost in the search engines.
• All niches have been researched and have low competition and high search count.
• All sites have copyscaped passed unique handwritten article on the homepage.
• All websites have relevant Youtube videos included to make the site look good.
• The Websites are monetized by ADSENSE + Amazon – thus diversifying the risk!
• All sites USE different theme – giving a unique look to ALL site in the network.

Firstly, THIS is the REAL, completely PASSIVE money making network of website. You DON’T have to update them, just sit back and relax. No promotion is required, unless you want to increase your traffic and revenue.

March – Negligible; Total: $30 Approx.
April: Adsense = $99.43; Amazon = $20; Total = $120 approx.
May: Adsense = $166.17; Amazon = $47; Total = $215 approx.
June: Adsense = $79.15; Amazon = $11; Total = $90 approx.
July: Adsense = $38.84; Amazon = $56; Total = $94 approx.
August: Adsense = $17.42; Amazon = $23; Total = $41 approx.
September: Adsense = $13.71; Amazon = $15; Total = $29 approx.

As you can see, the revenue started – increased – and dropped. The reason was, that I started the network of sites and did some promotion (backlinking and other marketing), and then I stopped – hence I saw a downfall in revenue. This was a test to see if the revenue is actually passive. It is IF the promotion is constant (which can be easily outsourced. I’ll reveal the details of what I did, and how the new owner can do it – ONLY to the buyer, and if you want I’ll also set you up with an offshore team of workers).

Future Potential:

• I have had Adsense ads ONLY on the main PAGE, all Inner Pages are monetized ONLY by Amazon Affiliate Program at the moment, and hence, if you want you can add the Adsense Ads and increase revenue.
• You can always add more content and pages to the site to multiply the revenue many folds!
• The traffic and revenue will obviously increase with link building and more promotion. No real link building effort (just some in first 1-2 months) has gone in to any of the sites till now.
• REMEMBER there are 135 sites in the network, YES 135 sites. These have unique content on the main page, all contain about us, contact us, etc. pages, you can sell links, build your own link network, make sponsored posts, sell advertisements, etc. etc. etc. Basically 135 SITES all done for you to take off!

I have put in a lot of effort in building the network and getting it to the stage where it currently is. Hence, I expect a fair price for all my sites. I have made a strong passive money making network which has been generating cash for me for the past 6 months. I am not looking for quick cash; hence, I will not let this go for the wrong price (I might not sell it at all).

Any traffic details (awstats screenshots possibly?), are all sites promoted/link build in the same way? Do all the domains expire at the same time?

I do not have cPanel, hence no awstats to show, but I guess you can get an idea of the traffic by just about doubling the traffic details on adsense (double because adsense is not installed on inner pages - which also get quite a bit of traffic).

All sites were promoted in the same way - yes. The sites were created all together, hence, all domains expire on the same day.

 

Are you willing to sell any of your sites individually? I am not interested in buying all 135 of them seeing as some sites probably way outperform the others, but I might be interested in buying a few of them individually off you.

 

Thats true, I guess 70%-80% of the income comes from 30% sites..thats not guaranteed, just rule of thumb.. Hence, I would be more interested in selling it together.

 

That doesn't make any sense. As a potential buyer that knows 70-80% of the income comes from 30% of the sites (or whatever numbers you wanna use) why would I want to knowingly purchase a bunch of useless sites? Because essentially that's what I would be doing.

 

Let me tell you my point of view.

When I started the network, I did not start with the intension of selling high earning sites or etc. At present the scenario is different. Yes, some sites earn more than others, however, that does not mean that the others are useless. With more promotion, their earnings can also be boosted.

The thing is, that I am NOT selling "websites". I am selling a "business", which contains many things, along with future growth potential. When you buy a "business" you simply do not buy high value assets and leave out the low value ones - (that only happens when you are dissolving/liquidating your business) - This is not the case here, I am not selling "sites", if I was I would not have said anything about the network. I would simply pick and choose sites from my portfolio and list it up for sale, even ones which are not part of the network. But, I am here to sell my 135 Site Network, or rather, as I call it, the Micro Niche Business.
